Centre for Economics and Social Policy's researcher, Jorge Atria, participated in Radio Tele13's podcast titled "There's something out there", hosted by COES' investigator, Alfredo Joignant.
The conversation both researchers held revolved around income inequality around the world, in the context of a report recently released by the World Inequality Database, that estimates inequality on income, wealth and patrimony all over the globe, inspired by Piketty's work. In a global comparative perspective, wealth inquality levels in Chile are deemed very high, and the country ranks amongst the 20 most unequal countries in the world.
