CEAS researcher, Jorge Rosales, will be interviewed today Monday, December 9 at 6:30 p.m. on Radio Universo, in relation to his role in the newly founded organization "Economists for Future".
About “Economists for Future”
Economics for Future emerged in Europe from the hand of "rethinking economics", a global network that seeks to rethink the discipline of the economy by making the environment an active factor within it.
The movement was officially presented on Thursday, November 28 through an open letter that calls attention to economists, pointing out the unsustainable role that the economy has had over the years and how this has affected the ecosystem.
The objective of Economics for Future is to generate research that helps change the vision of entrepreneurs to correlate the environmental crisis with the economy, and thus radically change production and consumption, making them more sustainable and reducing the emission of greenhouse gases.
