The JDM meeting is an annual event organized and run by PhD students for other early-career researchers in the judgment and decision making community (psychology, economics, cognitive sciences, neuroscience, and other associated areas).
Investigators presented their work and discussed ideas in an open and collaborative environment. The main subjects treated were: Game Theory, Social Preferences, Gender, Decisions on Shortages and Contexts, Uncertainty and Risks, amongst others.
CEAS Professor, Alejandra Vásquez, presented her work on the role of empathy on responsible consumption decisions using a framework of game theory and laboratory experiments.
