CEAS Researcher, Jorge Atria, is organizing a workshop in the context of his FONDECYT Initiation project titled "Tax culture, knowledge and morality in taxpayment in Chilean society".
About the workshop
This workshop is a colaborative event, aimed at sharing research on State, Redistribution and Taxes, from different methodological and disciplinary backgrounds (Psychology, Sociology, Political Science and Anthropology, amongst others). This is done to help visibilize existing knowledge and future posibilities for a Fiscal Sociology research agenda. Current advances on the FONDECYT project will also be presented. This workshop will feature research agendas, ongoing investigations and finished research projects.
About Jorge Atria
PhD in Sociology from the Freie Universität Berlin (Germany), Sociologist and Master in Sociology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Assistant Professor at the Center for Economics and Social Policy in Universidad Mayor and assistant researcher of the line Interacciones Grupales y Individuales at COES. He is also a researcher of the “Red trAndeS” (Program on Sustainable Development and Social Inequalities in the Andean Region).
